The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Energy) is a republican government body and reports to the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
One of the main tasks of the Ministry of Energy is the adoption of measures, in the prescribed manner, to ensure the energy security of the Republic of Belarus.
The Ministry of Energy, in accordance with the tasks assigned to it, manages the activities of the state energy and gas supervision body.
